The cost for a custom apparel design is $150.00 USD.
A confirmed payment secures your slot.
A final invoice will be attached with the final files. Payment info is listed at the bottom of the invoice. Payment that is not received or in route two weeks from when the final files are delivered will have their invoice bill doubled.
I don‘t provide any refunds for completed commissions, but will consider partial refunds if for any reason you want to cancel your commission during the process. This works on a case to case basis.
Not only is it important to me to get you a design that you love but also to get it to you in a timely manner. I schedule two-three projects a month so maintaining frequent feedback and communsication is an important part of the process.
Once your slot/date is secured (your date is secured when you pay the $50 deposit), I will only start your commission on THAT date, and will (in most cases) send the completed commission 7-14 days later. For example, if your slot is Monday, May 3rd 2021 – you can expect your finished commission by Monday, May 10th - May 17th, 2021.This will of course depend on how fast your respond to emails/approve your sketch.
Important Note: The design process works as fast as you respond to the updated edits. The longer you take to respond, the longer the process will take. Please keep this in mind and respond to email and text messages in a timely manner.

Front: full front, pocket, middle front, center chest, across chest, right vertical, left vertical, right bottom, bottom leftSleeve(s): right, left, right + left

Designing your apparel is one of my favorite things but it takes time and attention to detail! I love getting to bring your vision to life and that’s why I have a couple different steps that I go through:
Communication with client to review of reference photos, sides, colors, text, design areas, and deadline

Revisions
Finalize the artwork
First we would start by having an open dialogue about your design and the style, size, and details.
After the consultation, I will work on 3-5 options for the design and send you the best ones. You will receive those mock-ups and then we’ll go over what you really like and don't like, this is the time where you are super honest with what you want changed (my feelings won't be hurt I promise). We will narrow down the options to one single design and enter the first round of edits. Taking your feedback, I will correct the design to reflect the changes discussed. I will email or text you when the updated design is ready for review. If you love it, we are done and I will send you the final files (listed below). If you have further edits we will enter into the second and final free round of revisions, where we will repeat the process (design corrections and updates). Any revisions after the second round will receive a $10 charge per revision on the final invoice. I will notify you of each round of edits and your total at the time of the edits.
A revision is any physical change made to your apparel concepts.
Examples of a revision-
• Change of lettering
• Tweaking the design itself
• Merging 2 designs together
NOT a revision-
*A new design. If you want a new apparel concept created it will be an up-charge.
*A color change does not count as a revision. It is free of charge.
